Final Thought: Stop Buying UPS Units Based on Spec Sheets Alone

After tracking 47 orders over 6 years in our procurement system, I found that 32% of our 'budget overruns' came from incorrect power equipment specification. We'd buy a unit that seemed right, then need a second unit, or an ATS, or a larger battery pack.
